s many as 32 amateur soccer players competed in a sportswear maker Adidas-promoted 2x2 mini soccer game in Jakarta on Saturday, with tickets to England for two winners on offer.
The participants were split into 16 teams of two and paired at random.
Having also been held in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, the game was introduced in conjunction with the launch of new products X and Ace.
'This is the first time we have held a 2x2 game in Indonesia. Enthusiasm is high among soccer lovers to participate in this street soccer-themed game,' Ivon Liesmana, senior manager of brand activation for Adidas, said before the start of the game.
'We are giving away two tickets for Old Trafford trip,' she said, referring to the home base of Manchester United.
The players were appraised individually by a four-member panel comprising national players Raphael Maitimo, Ramdani Lestaluhu, soccer TV program host Darius Sinathrya and Panji Pragiwaksono.
