Among the festival's highlights will be tasting dishes prepared by Chef Gaggan Anand of Restaurant Gaggan from Bangkok, which topped the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016, marveling at the Dessert Garden presented by the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, which will serve a range of sweets and decorated desserts, as well as enjoying Hong Kong-inspired cocktails.
The festival will serve as the opener of Hong Kong Great November Feast, in which the city collaborates with the local food industry, restaurants and hotels to attract tourists through culinary festivals. (mra/kes)
