nline travel booking platform Traveloka is now offering bus transportation services, which can also be accessed on the Traveloka app.
Traveloka has partnered with over 20 bus operators in Indonesia, including Pahala Kencana, Lorena-Karina, Agramas, Primajasa, ALS, Litha & Co and Agung Mulia. These bus services connect many cities across the country, including Jakarta, Bandung, Denpasar, Malang, Medan, Surabaya, Surakarta, Yogyakarta, Makassar and Palangkaraya.
With Traveloka App v2.21, customers can fill in a form with their date of travel, departure location, destination and number of seats. The app will then show a list of available bus services, including their schedule, routes and ticket prices. Complete details will be provided once customers select a bus, including facilities and images of the bus’s interior.
After customer enters their data and reviews the details of the order, and their payment is transferred and confirmed, customers will receive their electronic ticket via email or SMS. The e-tickets can also be viewed under "My Booking" on the app’s main page.
