Presented by HR Asia, the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award ceremony was held in 13 countries, Indonesia, China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore.

The award selection encompassed five criteria; strengthening the employer brand; better understanding of employees; enhancing the company's bottom line through sustainable practices; fostering corporate cohesion with a shared vision; and embracing feedback while benchmarking survey findings.

As a leading global food company, Danone is committed to promoting healthier and more sustainable eating and drinking habits, driven by its "One Planet. One Health" vision.

Through extensive collaborations with business partners, Danone Indonesia continuously introduces innovative products and engages in sustainable initiatives, showcasing its dedication to fostering a positive work environment for its talented workforce.

This outstanding achievement surpasses the market average survey, reinforcing Danone Indonesia’s reputation as the employer of choice for the fourth time in 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Danone Indonesia's dedication to employee initiatives has also been acknowledged with the “We Care Award – The Most Caring Company” for the second time, awarded to the top 10 percent of selected best companies in Indonesia, as a recognition of the company's excellent efforts in prioritizing employee health and wellbeing through its continuous Healthtitude program, which has embraced more than 13,000 employees.

The “Best Companies to Work For” awards are given to companies with high employee engagement as measured by employee surveys as well as their overall talent management strategy.
