The luxury building has private and dedicated access to each level, equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and the most sophisticated technology. The building provides 17 floors of office space, while the ground and upper ground floors are reserved for retail areas for Bank Mandiri, Bank BSI ATM Center, Family Mart, Lawson, Liberica, Aroem Manis and a variety of attractive food and beverage choices in the Central Eatery food court.

The tower was officially inaugurated by State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Minister Erick Thohir on May 26, 2023. Therefore, to celebrate the occasion this year, Menara Danareksa presents a series of events entitled "Fun Run 2024 - Menara Danareksa 1st Anniversary," which include the Fun Run 5K activity, the inauguration of the electric vehicle (EV) charging facility and a music concert at the finish line enlivened by the band D'Masiv.

This marks the second music concert event held by the company, following the success of the Judika concert held in its ballroom in February 2023.

"There have been various achievements over the past year. Theses achievementsa are a reflection of the hard work and commitment of the entire Menara Danareksa team, we need to appreciate it as highly as possible," said Rika Rasyid, as General Manager of Menara Danareksa on Sunday (2/06/2024).

The anniversary proved to be a great event, as soon as all participants of the 5K Fun Run started the activity. Imitated by the raising of the starting flag by Mr. Novel Arsyad as the President Director of PT PP (PERSERO) Tbk and Mr. Dhany Sukma as the Mayor of Central Jakarta, runners were off to the finish line.

Meanwhile, amid the excitement, the Menara Danareksa successfully inaugurated its EV Charging space. The new integration is yet another form of Menara Danareksa's commitment to providing the best services and facilities to its tenants, built with the aim to meet the needs of EV owners and support the government's program to achieve cleaner and more environmentally friendly transportation systems.

Back to the race, as the runners are gasping for the last of the tracks, precisely in front of the horse statue with the picturesque view of Monas, they are greeted by the sound of D’Masiv as the band performs their hit song “Semakin”.

"It was cool, the event was really good. Starting from the fun run at a moment that coincided with the weekly agenda, namely Car Free Day (CFD). Then at the finish line, entertained by a D'Masiv music concert. Hopefully Menara Danareksa will be even more successful, I am waiting for the next event," explained Novi, one of the Fun Run participants.

The first anniversary was a day to remember and one for the books.
