Ever wonder why Thor wasn’t part of Team Captain America or Team Iron Man in Captain America: Civil War?

Well, in this latest video Thor talks about why he wasn’t there to help sort out Cap and Iron Man’s “relationship problems”.

The funny video was made by Taika Waititi, the director of the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok.

Chris Hemsworth’s Thor reveals that he was spending some ‘me time’ in Australia during the events of Civil War.

When almost every superhero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe came out to fight each other, Thor was teaching kids in school, trying to figure out what Infinity Stones are and hanging out with Darryl, his housemate.

Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) later joins Thor for coffee and you can almost feel how disappointed the God of Thunder is at being left out.

In the end, Thor proposes starting his own team, Team Thor (together with Darryl).
