nline fashion retailer Zalora has teamed up with RPX Group, a local cargo service provider, and Indomaret, the country’s largest minimarket chain, for a new pick-up service.
Dubbed “Paket Ambil Suka-Suka” (PAS), Zalora customers can now pick up their orders at more than 5,000 Indomaret outlets.
Launched on Tuesday, the service gave its first 1,000 customers to a free pick-up service.
Antara reported that the service is currently only available in Greater Jakarta. However, Zalora has planned to expand it to Java and Bali.
Zalora Indonesia CEO Anthony Fung said in a press release that PAS aims to provide customers with flexibility and efficiency in the middle of the city's hustle and bustle.

Meanwhile, RPX e-commerce general manager Albert Palit said the company supported the service as logistics play an important role in online shopping.
Those who want to use PAS will need to choose a delivery method during checkout on Zalora’s website or mobile application, and pick their preferred Indomaret outlet.
Customers will receive a text message and email notification informing them when the package has arrived.
Zalora will also provide PIN numbers for customers via email, ensuring security during the parcel pick-up process at Indomaret. (jes/wng)
