English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran and his wife Cherry Seaborn are expecting their first child, reports said.

Seaborn is reportedly in the final stage of her pregnancy, a source close to the couple told online news platform The Sun.

The couple was said to be rarely seen over the previous months while staying at their home in England’s Suffolk during the lockdown.

It was in December 2019 when Sheeran announced taking a break from touring and social media “to go out and see some more of the world.”

Sheeran and Seaborn were friends in high school. They started dating in 2015.

In 2018, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony.
