One of the world’s most famous lifestyle shows, MAISON&OBJET was held in Paris from Sept. 2 to 6. The show featured 5,400 exhibitors, 45 percent of which are international designers. They occupied booths in a 250,000 square-meter area. The four-day event was covered by 6,400 journalists, with 35 percent of reports for the international media.
The event featured Indonesian weaving expert, Lim Masulin, who exhibited his architectural weaving concept. He also brought along three famous Indonesian architects, Heru M. Prasetyo, Andra Matin and Budi Pradono, who have incorporated architectural weaving into their designs.
