Lorenzo Saa started an Instagram account at the beginning of the UK's lockdown for which he creates a version of the COVID-19 virus each day out of fruit, vegetables and household items. He's now kept up his challenge on @Covid19replicas for nearly 60 days straight, and says it's a comment on sustainability as well as an enjoyable creative outlet.
