AKARTA: Musician-cum-actor Indra Birowo is collaborating with actress/singer Sophia Latjuba for 'Tak Bisa Menunggu' (Can't Wait), a single from the Indra's band Matari.

Indra, who gained popularity after joining the 'Extravaganza' comedy skits on TransTV, is the drummer of the band he formed last year.

Other members of the electronic dance music band are Robby Tremonty and vocalist Rendi Haroen.

Indra said that a second single would be released soon.

'It's not that I am no longer active in the movie industry. In fact, I have signed with three productions,' he said as quoted by kapanlagi.com on Saturday.

Sophia said that the collaboration gave her an idea of producing a solo album.

'It gave me a new experience in music. The music itself is fresh and creative,' she said.
