equis has launched two insurance products – Millennium Gold Plus Rupiah Insurance (MGPR) and Sequis Term Life Plus Insurance (STLPI) – to give the benefit of premium payback.
Sequis director and chief agency officer Franky Nayoan said he hoped that the products would help people adapt to new COVID-19 habits.
MGPR, whose premiums start from Rp 15 million (US$ 1,016.29) a year, provides 200 percent protection of the sum insured in the event that the policy holder experiences a fatal traffic accident and 100 percent for a death that was not the result of an accident. Similar rules also apply to STLPI, whose premiums start from Rp 200,000 a month.
If the policy holder pays out the premium under the agreed time frame, Sequis will pay back the beneficiary 135 percent of the total premiums paid for MGPR and 115 percent for STLPI.
