ndonesian mixed martial artist “The Terminator” Sunoto will return to ONE Championship’s Circle to face Myanmar’s Tial Thang in his quest to climb up the bantamweight rankings.
On Feb. 11, their encounter will open ONE: BAD BLOOD event, which emanates from Singapore Indoor Stadium. The three-round scheduled fight will mark exactly two years since Sunoto’s last action in ONE, when he dominated fellow countryman Nurul Fikri at ONE: WARRIOR’S CODE in Istora Senayan Jakarta.

Sunoto, 36, is one of Indonesia’s most talented athletes in recent years. Since debuting in the world’s largest martial arts organization seven years ago, the man from Blora, Central Java, has collected 10 wins – more than any other Indonesian in the rosters.
The founder of Terminator Top Team is on a mission to create a legacy to be known as Indonesia’s most decorated MMA fighter in ONE.
This time, he will face one of the toughest challenges yet in Tial Thang, who is equally determined to prove himself in one of the deepest divisions in ONE Championship.
“The Dragon Leg” suffered his first loss in ONE in August last year, after previously securing consecutive victories in his first three fights. The 28-year-old Myanmar wrestling champion lost via a unanimous decision against South Korea’s Song Min Jong.
He needs victory over veteran fighters like Sunoto to build a case of pursuing a world title opportunity on the global stage.
Currently, he is training in Sanford MMA in Florida, the United States, along with some of the most notable fighters in the world like former two-division ONE world champion “The Burmese Python” Aung La N Sang.
In the main event of ONE: BAD BLOOD, ONE bantamweight world champion Bibiano “The Flash” Fernandes defends his crown against number one-ranked contender and archrival John “Hand of Stone” Lineker in a battle between two of the most ferocious Brazilians.
The co-main event will feature a titanic showdown between Anatoly “Sladkiy” Malykhin and Kirill Grishenko who are fighting for the ONE interim heavyweight world title.
In addition to those World Championship showdowns, a high-stakes Muay Thai fight and 10 explosive mixed martial arts bouts complete the lineup.
Former ONE Flyweight Muay Thai world champion and current number two-ranked contender Jonathan “The General” Haggerty makes a highly anticipated return to face #4-ranked Mongkolpetch Petchyindee Academy, who has not lost yet in his three-year run in ONE Super Series.
This is the complete list of the entire lineup of ONE: BAD BLOOD.
