View all search resultsThe office for the online single submission system (OSS), an integrated government licensing service, was moved to the Investment Coordination Board (BKPM) on Wednesday from the Office of the Coordinating Economic Minister, where it had been since the OSS was established in July.
The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) has called on the government to improve the online single submission (OSS) system as it has not fully integrated the business licensing issuance service as applicants still need to go to several other government offices.
Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) head Thomas Trikasih "Tom" Lembong said the board was now busy with international work to prepare for the takeover of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, while the external affairs are entrusted to the Trade Ministry.
Coordinating Economy Minister Darmin Nasution has said that obtaining licenses though the recently launched Online Single Submission (OSS) system was not as simple as the government expected, as prevailing laws did not accommodate the government program.
