The question is, how do we harness that growth not just to benefit the privileged few, but to advance progress for all Indonesians?

According to the International Federation of Robotics (IFR), the global use of robots in 2020 is estimated to reach 3 million units, tripling the figure of the last decade. The IFR believes this can potentially change the structure of the global value chain and affect international trade flows and investment.
Laws and regulations are needed to provide workers with strong bargaining power, and the government guarantees the freedom of workers to set up organizations or trade unions. However, overly protective labor legislation could kill the goose that lays the golden egg.
