ational flag carrier Garuda Indonesia was named World’s Best Cabin Crew for the fifth consecutive year by London-based flight service rating agency Skytrax on Tuesday.
The award was based on a Skytrax customer satisfaction survey involving more than 18 million passengers worldwide. Forty-one major aspects related to products and services provided by airlines were measured in the survey.
"Garuda Indonesia successfully proves it is committed to presenting the best quality of cabin crew services that are recognized by the world,” Garuda Indonesia CEO and president director Pahala N. Mansury said .

Pahala said the accolade was a testament to the dedication of Garuda Indonesia employees to their work and that the title would serve as motivation to further improve services.
In addition, Garuda Indonesia also made Skytrax's list of the world's top 10 best airlines.
The carrier was recently named Best Airlines in Indonesia and a winner in the Best Major Carriers in Asia and Best Economy Class in Asia categories by travel and booking website TripAdvisor. (anm/kes)
