The Legend Stars Park in Jawa Timur Park 3 in East Java is the latest establishment to show its support of the 2018 Asian Games.

A theme park located in Batu, East Java, the Legend Stars Park is offering a special discount for five visitors on Saturday, the Asian Games’ opening day, and for an additional eight days after that, giving a special price to a total of 45 park visitors.

“The number 45 is based on how many countries are participating in this year’s Asian Games,” park operational manager Tossy Kusdianto said on Thursday.

“Reach for the Stars”, the 2018 Asian Games official theme song sung by Via Vallen, accompanied the flag procession.

Tossy said the discount and flag procession aimed to spread awareness of the Asian Games, and to show that excitement over the event was not only evident in Jakarta and Palembang, the hosting cities, but also all over Indonesia. (mut)
