ndonesia has condemned Israel’s continued attacks across the Gaza strip, including a recent assault targeting the Indonesia Hospital in Northern Gaza.

The Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that Israel’s attacks on civilian facilities constitute grave violations of international law, international humanitarian law and human rights.

“Indonesia urges the United Nations Security Council and the international community to take decisive action to uphold international law and end Israel’s atrocities. A permanent ceasefire and unrestricted access for humanitarian aid must be realized without delay,” the ministry said.

The statement came after reports emerged last week that Israel launched an aerial offensive with drones targeting the Indonesia Hospital.

According to a statement on Sunday from the Medical Emergency Rescue Committee (MER-C), the volunteer organization that funds the Indonesia Hospital, the attacks caused severe structural damage to the hospital, shattering window panes and collapsing ceiling panels.

The attacks also disrupted critical medical services in intensive care units, emergency rooms, operating theaters, outpatient clinics and hospital corridors. Several medical devices were also damaged by debris following strong vibrations from the bombings.
