It is basically a chat room for colleagues; you create a group and people register to become an active member to keep in touch with each other, minimizing any miscommunication. In addition to being accessible on the web, meaning no intrusive notifications, it also allows you to stay on top of what is happening without getting too distracted from work.

If you are too stressed out about projects and assignments, this app helps you to form good habits as it keeps track of over six habits a day. The goal is to build a streak of consecutive days. Streaks works with the Apple Health app to help you achieve your fitness goals. You can create your own tasks to accomplish for the day, which could come from running, eating, reading or even smoking.

Microsoft’s Outlook is one of the best mobile email apps around. It beats Google’s Gmail app by a mile, because it becomes more efficient as it integrates calendars, and users get to archive or delete emails. It also has access to files in your Google Drive, One Drive or Dropbox, which connects most of your personal items to your phone and allows you to share it through the features.

If you are an avid reader of news and always like to keep up with all the latest that is going on, Pocket is a great app for saving any articles that you might want to read again at a later time. The app allows you to store articles you enjoy reading, or articles you might want to share with others, saving a lot of the time and effort in finding it again.
Letterspace

Letterspace is a beautiful note-taking app that uses hashtags to organize your thoughts. It also has a handy swipe bar that lets you move your on-screen cursor without moving your hands from the keyboard, which makes editing your notes much easier.
