HBO original film My Dinner with Hervé, starring Peter Dinklage of the Game of Thrones and Jamie Dornan, who starred in the Fifty Shades films, is set to debut at the same time as the United States screening on Oct. 21 at 7 a.m., with a same-day encore at 10 p.m.
Inspired by a real story, My Dinner with Hervé explores the unlikely friendship between struggling journalist Danny Tate (Dornan) and Hervé Villechaize (Dinklage), the world's most famous and influential French dwarf actor.
Directed by Sacha Gervasi, the story unfolds over a wild night in Los Angeles that has life-changing consequences for both.
The film also stars Mireille Enos as Hervé’s longtime girlfriend, Kathy Self, and Harriet Walter as Danny’s newspaper editor.
The film is set to be available exclusively on HBO GO and HBO, as well as on HBO On Demand. (liz/wng)
