adang, the capital of West Sumatra, is home to a plethora of delicious dishes and cultural attractions. Those planning to visit Padang may rejoice as there is a new hotel available in the city.
Officially opened on Feb. 18, Amaris Hotel Padang is the latest foray from Santika Indonesia Hotels and Resorts. It features 98 rooms and four meeting rooms. The facilities include LED television, a safe deposit box and Wi-Fi.
Nestled on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, one of Padang’s main streets, the hotel offers easy access to the city tourism destinations, including Malin Kundang Rock, Adityawarman Museum, Sitti Nurbaya Bridge and Muaro Harbor Market.

With regards to the opening, the hotel has a special rate at Rp 425,000 (US$31.82).
Amaris Hotel Padang is the 63rd establishment operating under the Amaris brand, a hotel operator managed by Santika Indonesia Hotels and Resorts. In addition to Padang, the Amaris brand is also available in 30 cities, including Jakarta, Bali, Bandung in West Java, Palembang in South Sumatra, Samarinda in East Kalimantan, as well as in Bugis, Singapore.
