Jakarta achieved a gold award in the 19th edition of the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT).

Mass-transit operator PT MRT Jakarta achieved the gold rating for sustainability reporting in the "With Reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards 2021" category at the 19th ASRRAT event for 2023.

This achievement marks the second time that the Jakarta administration-owned MRT secured a gold rating, following its previous award in 2022.

MRT Jakarta corporate secretary division head Ahmad Pratomo expressed the company’s commitment to advancing Jakarta's sustainability.

Highlighting the significance of the award, Ahmad underlined the need to deliver top-quality services aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with the MRT service having “lasting value and a positive impact for the entire community”.
