he Public Works and Housing Ministry has assured that there will be subsidized housing for lower middle-income earners in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN).
Ministry spokesperson Endra S. Atmawidjaja said on Wednesday that affordable housing in the future new capital city would be open to the general public instead of just civil servants, as reported by detik.com.
He said this is in line with the 2011 law on Housing and Settlement that mandates housing development for low-income earners must be carried out alongside that of high-income earners.
