K

usnadi, a staffer for Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) secretary-general Hasto Kristiyanto, said on Wednesday that he had met with bribery case suspect Harun Masiku, who is still on the run.

“I have [met Harun Masiku],” he told reporters at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) headquarters in Jakarta on Wednesday, as reported by the Antara news agency.

Speaking after a questioning session with KPK investigators, Kusnadi said he had never communicated with Harun through his cell phone.

“There have been no conversations with HM,” he said when journalists asked whether KPK investigators had confirmed his conversations with Harun.

Kusnadi did not provide further comments on the KPK questioning, only saying that it was not different from the previous one.

“Nothing special, just like the previous one,” he said.
