BS’ variety show “Running Man” recorded the lowest viewership ratings since its launch in July 2010, research firm Nielsen Korea reported Monday.
The latest episode aired on Sunday marked 2.8 percent for the first half and 3.4 percent for the second half. It is 1.1 percentage points (first half) and 1.7 percentage points (second half) lower than the previous week’s episode.

The show recently changed its time slot from 6:25 p.m. to 4:50 p.m. in a bid for higher viewership ratings.
Other variety shows that air at the same time recorded higher viewership ratings. MBC’s “King of Mask Singers” posted 8 percent in viewership ratings for the first half and 13.6 percent for the second half while KBS’ “Happy Sunday” gained an 11.8 percent rating.
