Samsung is preparing to release the high-end Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9 Plus smartphones in Indonesia after launching them in Barcelona, Spain, on Sunday.
Samsung Mobile Indonesia product marketing manager Annisa Maulina said three models of the smartphones would be available: the Galaxy S9 4GB/64GB, the Galaxy S9 Plus 6GB/64GB and the Galaxy S9 Plus 6GB/128GB for Rp 11,499,000 (US$842), Rp 12,999,000 and Rp 14,499,000, respectively.
"Pre-order customers will also get a Tumi or Kate Spade case," said Annisa in Jakarta on Monday.
The South Korean company is offering a 12-month installment option and cashback programs.
Pre-order phones will be given to customers on March 15. Meanwhile, those seeking to purchase the devices at offline stores across the country will be able to do so as of March 16, which is also the global release date. (kes)
