Irish pop vocal group Westlife will perform in Indonesia on Aug. 7 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD in South Tangerang.
The concert is part of the group’s The Twenty Tour, held to mark the 20th anniversary of their formation.
Formed in 1998, Westlife originally consisted of Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Mark Feehily and Brian McFadden. Westlife is among the most successful boy bands, selling 50 million records worldwide.
McFadden left the group in 2004 and the band disbanded in 2012.
On Oct. 3, Westlife announced a reunion without McFadden on their official social media accounts, hinting that they would launch new songs and a tour.
Following the announcement, Irish Mirror reported that the group had released the single “Hello My Love” in January. (jes/wng)
