Miley Cyrus debuts new songs at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend

On Saturday, Miley Cyrus headlined BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend festival in Middlesbrough, England.
During her set, Miley Cyrus played three brand new songs. The tracks are reportedly titled "Mother's Daughter," "Cattitude" and "Dream."
"Cattitude" sees Cyrus returning to the rapping of her "Bangerz" era, as she spits "Turn up your gratitude/Turn down your attitude/I love my -- I mean I got cattitude."
She also weighs in on Nicki Minaj's ongoing feud with fellow rapper Cardi B, singing "I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi."
On the rock ballad "Dream," Cyrus hints at Wu-Tang Clan's 1994 hit "C.R.E.A.M" with lyrics such as "Drugs rule everything around me."
"Mother's Daughter" is a dark pop number, where she sings "Hallelujah, I'm a witch/I'm a witch, Hallelujah/ Swish Swish, I'm a three-point shooter. Hallelujah, I'm a freak / I'm a freak, Hallelujah / Every day of the week I'ma do ya."
Cyrus announced that a studio version of "Mother's Daughter" could be released shortly -- teasing that "She is coming" on May 31 in the bio of her social media platforms.

These past few weeks, the 26-year-old singer has been posting several enigmatic teasers about upcoming new music.
Earlier this month, she revealed that her seventh studio album was complete. The record, which remains untitled to this date, will follow her 2017's country-influenced "Younger Now."
During her performance at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, Cyrus also talked about her role as purple-haired pop star Ashley O in the upcoming fifth season of TV series "Black Mirror."
"This is the story of females in the music industry. I understand everyone's gone through this but I do think for females in the industry... it's hard to be taken seriously. People assume that if you're not wearing a bodysuit and singing pop music, why would anyone want to see you," she said.
