American singer-songwriter Khalid has postponed his upcoming concerts in several Asian countries, including in Indonesia.

Promoters AEG Presents Asia and One Step Forward ID announced on Instagram on Friday that the postponement was due to “the recent advisories and travel restrictions in several Asian countries”.

In Indonesia, Khalid was set to perform on March 28 at Istora Senayan in Central Jakarta as part of the Khalid Free Spirit World Tour Asia 2020. Tickets to the show had been available for purchase since Dec. 19 on blibli.com and tiket.com.

Those who bought the tickets on blibli.com will receive a full refund based on their booking number. The approval process is said to take two days. Purchasers can visit the company’s FAQ page for further information or contact customer service by phone at +62804-1-871-871 or by email at customer.care@blibli.com.

Those who purchased the tickets on tiket.com will receive a refund confirmation request by e-mail. The refund can also be obtained by contacting the company via WhatsApp (+62855-1500-878), e-mail (cs@ticket.com) or by phone (+62804-1500-878 for Indonesia and +6221-3973-0888 for outside Indonesia).

Other performances that have been canceled include Khalid's shows in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea and Japan. (wir/kes)
