he Bumilangit Cinematic Universe in collaboration with online community forum Kaskus has launched a fan forum called Rumah Perdamaian (House of Peace) on community platform Kaskus.
The name was inspired by an organization initiated by Ridwan Bahri, a central character in Gundala, the first movie installment of the universe released in August 2019.
The forum will enable fans to discuss theories and share information about the development of the Bumilangit Cinematic Universe.
"We witnessed the enthusiasm of Gundala comic book fans as the movie that kicked off the Bumilangit Cinematic Universe premiered last year," Bismarka Kurniawan, founder and CEO of Bumilangit Entertainment Corpora, said in a statement. "Kaskus is the perfect community platform for us to build a headquarters for those who are eager to know everything about Bumilangit."

“The name Rumah Perdamaian is very symbolic of Gundala and the Bumilangit Cinematic Universe,” said Luman Sardi, who plays Ridwan Bahri in Gundala. "The forum will surely strengthen our ties as fans.”
Kaskus CEO Edi Taslim said he felt certain that the collaboration with Bumilangit would provide reliable information and quality content while encouraging discussions among fans.
Bumilangit and Kaskus also plan to feature various exclusive content and merchandise on the platform.
Gundala the movie was based on the comic book character Gundala, created by Harya “Hasmi” Suraminata in 1969.
Actor Abimana Aryasatya stars as the main character, alongside Tara Basro, Bront Palarae, Ario Bayu, Cecep Arif Rahman, Lukman Sardi, Rio Dewanto and Muzakki Ramdhan. It was released in Indonesia in August 2019, attracting more than 1 million moviegoers in seven days, and had its international premiere at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival in September.
