AKARTA: An alleged voyeur's recording of television personality Feby Febiola was deleted, hampering investigation of the incident, say police.

"Investigators learned that Feby asked Yogi, the person who allegedly recorded the scene, to erase the original video, thus eliminating strong evidence that could have been used to prosecute him," city police Children and Women's Protection Unit head Adj. Sr. Comr. Dwi Irianto said Friday, as quoted by detik.com.

Yogi was still being questioned as a witness, Dwi said.

"We cannot name him a suspect yet," he added.

Yogi was caught red-handed by Feby when he used his Blackberry cellular phone to record the model urinating in a toilet in the fX mall in Senayan, South Jakarta, on June 30.

Security officers detained and Yogi and transported him to a police station in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. - JP
