ENPASAR: Coca-Cola Indonesian Surfing Championship (ISC) will be broadcast throughout Bali, Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida and parts of West Lombok and East Java on Alam TV Bali as per the contract signed by the two parties last week.

Alam TV Bali will air edited footage from every Coca-Cola ISC pro event as well as profile videos, special events and other clips related to Indonesian surfing on its Alam Sport time slot.

The 2011 Coca-Cola ISC Go Green program will also be covered, showing steps the Coca-Cola ISC tour is taking to reduce its carbon footprint at each contest.

The 2011 Coca-Cola ISC Tour also has contests set for the Mentawai Islands and Nias in Sumatra, Rote near West Timor and Cimaja in West Java, with events in Bali at Kuta, Keramas, Sanur, Canggu and Padang Padang.

Alam TV Bali is on channel 39 UHF on Bali. It doesn’t require cable service and is received by most TV antennas on Bali.

Since launching in September 2010, Alam TV Bali has been steadily growing and offers a variety of nature-oriented programs including eco-news, environmental features and nature sports. — JP
