he Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) reportedly arrested Bogor Regent Rahmat Yasin on suspicion of graft on Wednesday night.

Rahmat was arrested at his personal residence in the Taman Yasmin housing complex, Bogor.

Warta Kota reported that KPK investigators had also arrested Rahmat's personal driver and adjutant and confiscated a box of documents from his residence.

'We are still in the dark about the documents that have been confiscated,' said a source who knew of the arrest but who asked for anonymity.

No information regarding the arrest was available from Bogor regency officials. When contacted, KPK spokesman Johan Budi said he was in the middle of a meeting.
