he Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) questioned Sugianto Kusuma, alias Aguan, chairman of the PT Agung Sedayu Group (APL), on Tuesday about graft suspect Mohamad Sanusi, a city councillor.
“It is a follow-up questioning session about Mohamad Sanusi,” said KPK spokesman Priharsa Nugraha in his office on Tuesday as reported by kompas.com.
Sanusi was arrested on March 31 after he allegedly received a bribe from APL in connection to the deliberation of two bills on reclamation. The KPK has also named APL CEO Ariesman Widjaja and Trinanda Prihantoro, a company employee, suspects in the same case.
The immigration office, at the request of the KPK, has slapped a travel ban on Aguan and Sunny Tanuwidjaja, a staffer for Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama. The KPK earlier questioned Aguan and Sunny on April 13.
APL received a permit to reclaim a part of Jakarta Bay. The government temporary halted the process of reclamation on Monday in response to the controversy. (bbn)
