Archipelago International receives Safe Travels recognition

rchipelago International, the largest privately owned and independently managed hotel group in Southeast Asia, has received the Safe Travels certification from the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).

The certification is a form of recognition for Archipelago’s commitment to safeguarding the health and safety of guests and employees at all its hotels.

Given the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on tourism, its is expected the Safe Travels will rebuild trust among guests.

“After the large-scale COVID-19 rapid test program that was recently carried out for all our employees, this Safe Travels certification recognizes the safety and reliability of our hotels. I am pleased this took place at the right moment and once again Archipelago International is at the forefront,” Archipelago International president and CEO John Flood said.
