View all search resultsThe governor has sacked Bank DKI's IT director after a series of technical issues prevented customers from performing various transactions over Idul Fitri, saying this was the third such incident to plague operations at the city-owned bank.
Bank DKI, which operates 1,085 ATMs of various bill denominations across Greater Jakarta, is maintaining cash machines that dispense Rp 20,000 bills to cater to customers who have a particular need for smaller banknotes, such as students.
