Sao Paulo’s Butantan biomedical center, which partnered with Sinovac to test and produce the vaccine in Brazil, dismissed the report as “purely speculative” as it prepares to release a more complete set of results on Tuesday.
State-Owned Enterprises Minister Erick Thohir will cooperate with the Interfaith Communication Forum (FKUB) to increase the public’s awareness regarding the importance of the highly anticipated COVID-19 vaccine.
“This recommendation is specifically created for the COVID-19 Sinovac vaccine, and is subject to change as the clinical trials progress,” said the association in the letter, a copy of which was obtained by The Jakarta Post on Saturday.
