Santini Group, a business conglomerate that owns shares in the soccer club, said in a statement that the decision would allow Mills to showcase Indonesian products to fans of Tranmere Rovers and British soccer fans more generally.
Club chairman Mark Palios gave the Santini Group the Normal Wilson award in recognition of its significant role in helping the club get back on its feet again after experiencing a period of financial turbulence.
