apan Airlines announced Wednesday that it is canceling some domestic flights due to a drop in passengers caused by the new coronavirus.
The airline said it would cancel 352 flights in total from Friday to March 12, mainly those connecting Haneda Airport with such cities as Sapporo, Fukuoka and Osaka (Itami). JAL judged that demand for flights has decreased due to the cancellation and postponement of sports and cultural events nationwide.
