ocal fashion brand Cotton Ink and fashion designer Rama Dauhan launched their COTTONINK x Rama Dauhan Ramadhan collection via Instagram Live on Monday.
Available in 11 designed pieces at prices ranging from Rp 369,000 (US$27.72) to Rp 629,000, the collection features kaftans and tops in Rama’s signature drapery style.
Rama said in a press release that the collection had a versatile trait. “Though COTTONINK x Rama Dauhan [is designed] as a Ramadhan collection, [the customers] can also use it for other occasions,” said Rama.

In addition to the drapery style, the collection also features a romantic silhouette yet playful design. “We also explored different fabrics, such as cotton poplin, light scuba, organdy, chiffon and textured voile."
Cotton Ink brand and marketing director and co-founder Ria Sarwono said the firm was excited to collaborate with Rama for the Ramadhan collection as the designer had a strong character and iconic style. “We love that he always infuses the signature drapery style to each piece he produces, letting us know instantly that the piece is designed by him,” she said.
