Legendary South Korean alternative hip hop group Epik High and Japanese rock band Sekai no Owari dropped a bombshell announcement Monday that the two are working on a joint project, which Tablo promised will be “the greatest collaboration in the history of music”.
Epik High let fans take a peek into the studio with a teaser clip Tuesday, where the two veteran musician groups held a recording session.
“Never want to say goodbye, you brought me back to life,” sang the lyrics from the briefly disclosed minute-long video.
Epik High debuted in 2003 with the studio album Map of the Human Soul under Woollim Entertainment. The trio have been represented by YG Entertainment since 2012, one of the three biggest music labels in South Korea.
