After performing on America’s Got Talent (AGT) in May, Indonesian magician The Sacred Riana, who is known for her eerie appearance, has received several offers from the United States.
Bow Vernon, Riana’s manager, told kompas.com on Tuesday that most requested Riana to do magic performances in California.
Moreover, the magician has also been asked to appear on an American comedy horror television series.
“Riana has performed off and on air in California. But for the television series, the timing just wasn’t right as we weren’t in the US at the time of shooting,” said Bow.
After winning Asia’s Got Talent 2 in 2017, Riana appeared in AGT and got three “yes” votes from judges Mel B, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandell.
Bow says they are still waiting for the decision whether or not Riana will go into the next stage, as one "no" from judge Simon Cowell means it is still under consideration.
AGT is currently in season 13 starting in May, with judges Cowell, Mel B, Klum, Mandell and model/entrepreneur Tyra Banks. It showcases performers from around the world, including singers, dancers and comedians, with a US$1 million grand prize. (wng)
