iKON, Super Junior steal the show at Asian Games closing ceremony

orean boybands iKON and Super Junior took the stage and turned the evening into a spectacular international concert, prompting thunderous cheers and applause from the audience, during the closing ceremony of the 2018 Asian Games at the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Stadium.

iKON performed their hits of "Love Scenario" and "Rhythm Ta" to the applause of many.

Super Junior - which closed the evening - gained a lot of attention while performing their old hits of "Sorry, Sorry", "Mr. Simple" and "Bonamana". Athletes, volunteers as well as spectators applauded the group and sang along with them.

Other international performing at the ceremony was Indian singer Siddarth Slathia, who sang Bollywood hits of "Koi Mil Gaya" and "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" accompanied by Indonesian singer Denada and sang solo with "Jaiho".

Earlier, Indonesian talent Isyana Sarasvati opened the entertainment segment by singing "Asia's Who We Are" followed by fellow singers of Gigi, Afgan, RAN, Dira Sugandi and Jflow.

After the handing over from Jakarta to Hangzhou, China, as the next host for the Asian Games, Chinese dancers performed along with TFBoys member Jackson Yi and a surprise appearance of billionaire Jack Ma and Chinese swimmer gold medalist Sun Yang.

After the closing ceremony, the hashtag #ClosingCeremonyAsianGames2018 topped the Worldwide trend on Twitter.
