BLACKPINK will perform at the popular American festival Coachella Valley Music and Arts.
The band’s label YG Entertainment on Thursday said the four-piece K-pop girl group is scheduled to perform at the two-weekend event set to be held in Southern California in April.
The band, the first K-pop group to headline the festival, will share the stage with big-name artists, such as Ariana Grande, Janelle Monae, The 1975, Solange, Kid Cudi, Khalid and Zedd.
It has been reported that Coachella founder Paul Tollett visited Korea himself to invite the act to the festival.
