Dubbed the most powerful Samsung gaming laptop yet, the unveiling is said to be a signal that Samsung is starting to take PC gaming more seriously.
While Samsung has been known to make laptops apart from other electronic devices, and that its Odyssey line has been produced for a few years now, the new release aims at the next level. The new Notebook Odyssey’s specifications include a top-of-the-line RTX 2080 GPU recently unveiled by Nvidia, 8th Gen hexacore Intel Core i7 processor and 16GB of RAM.

The Verge further reveals that the gaming laptop also boasts a 1080p, 15.6-inch screen display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile the new design is looking rather unusual with a hinge at its center.
Samsung’s new Notebook Odyssey will reportedly be available in early 2019 in the United States. (mut)
