apanese rock band One Ok Rock will be joining the Asia leg of British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran’s Divide Tour as the opening act.
The band, comprising Taka, Toru, Ryota and Tomoya, announced the good news on Thursday via its official Twitter account.
So excited and such an honor that we will be joining @edsheeran on the Asia leg of his Divide World Tour. Kick off in April at Taoyuan City Stadium, and we will be playing 10 dates all over Asia.#ONEOKROCK pic.twitter.com/JKNghOq7zV

The band members posted that they were excited and honored to take part in the tour, which is slated to kick off in Taoyuan City Stadium in Taiwan on April 4.

In Jakarta, One Ok Rock will perform on May 3 at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Central Jakarta.
Ed Sheeran’s Divide Tour will not be One Ok Rock’s first performance in Jakarta as the band visited the capital in 2013 as part of its Who Are You? Who Are We? tour.
