Need to spice up your air? Give 'mie goreng' scented candles a try! The tin of a Mi Goreng Noodles Scented Candle by Grey Lines. (greylines.com.au/File)

The flavorful mie goreng (fried noodles) may not only appeal to your taste buds, but also to your sense of smell.

Australian lifestyle brand Grey Lines launched a product in January called the Mi Goreng Noodles Scented Candle.

Weighing 115 grams, the scented candle is said to last for about 30 hours. Contained in a tin with yellow noodle illustration labels, it costs AU$29.95 (US$21.21).

Many consumers were interested, apparently, as the website showed at the time of writing that this "delicious" scented candle was already sold out.
