Gelora.id, GoTix offer promotions for outdoor sports enthusiasts

Sports venue booking platform Gelora.id has launched Gelora+ vouchers in collaboration with ticketing channel GoTix.
Launched in May, Gelora.id allows outdoor sports enthusiasts to book venues in Greater Jakarta online while also giving them access to meet new people with similar hobbies.
Gelora.id CEO Dibyanta Satari said in a statement that outdoor sports, such as soccer, needed a group of people, requiring sports lovers to find friends prior to booking a venue.
He said the process might be difficult to arrange as people might have different schedules and some venues could not be booked in a short period of time. Gelora.id comes up as a solution as the platform allows users to pick any outdoor exercise and venue based on distance, without having to worry about their partners.

“In Gelora, sports lovers can meet new communities, which is more fun, and it also allows users to manage their booking and make payment online,” said Dibyanta.
Through its collaboration with GoTix, Gelora.id offers three types of vouchers, namely Gelora+2 pass, Gelora+4 pass and Gelora+ 6 pass.
With a starting price of Rp 99,000 (US$6.98), the promotion includes one free trial and can be purchased via the Go-Jek application or GoTix’s website until Oct. 31.
“We created Gelora+ vouchers specifically for outdoor sports enthusiasts to encourage the adoption of a healthy lifestyle in urban communities,” said Dibyanta. (jes/wng)
