mid the COVID-19 outbreak, publishing company PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama (GPU) has launched a program that allows readers to access selected e-books for free.
“It’s one of our ways to support the government’s self-quarantine policy amid the COVID-19 pandemic,” Gramedia corporate secretary Yosef Adityo told kompas.com.
The e-books are accessible for users of the Gramedia Digital mobile app, which is downloadable for free on Play Store and App Store.
“This program is available for three weeks. In each week, there’ll be six e-books that can be read for free,” said Yosef, adding that the first phase of the program would end on May 2.
