Bumper-to-bumper traffic fills the slow lane of Jl. Jendral Sudirman, Central Jakarta, forbidden to use the main lane during Car Free Day on Sunday. Every fourth Sunday only public transport and bicycles are allowed to use the main Sudirman-Thamrin throughfare. (JP/Arief Suhardiman)
